Rosie Mae's Bakery serves Aloha's finest sweet and savory pastries, cookies, cakes, cupcakes, and more. Our flavors are creative, yet familiar, and we never cut corners.
Rosie Mae's opened in September 2023 as a small, independent bakery bootstrapping their way into the neighborhood. We are a small and mighty team of passionate, talented bakers. We are Le Cordon Bleu educated and many of us come from some of Portland's most iconic bakeries.
Our Story
We opened Rosie Mae's because we think that Beaverton, Aloha, and Hillsboro deserve delightful treats that's approachable for everyone! We primarily serve traditional pastries and cakes, but we also serve a good selection of gluten-free and vegan items.
Make sure to grab a handcrafted espresso from Portland roasted Marigold Coffee or try one of our creative tea lattes when you grab your goodies.
